Electric melting welder is a kind of mechanical equipment used to weld plastic pipes by electrifying the electric melting pipe fittings to make the thermofuse embedded in the electric melting pipe fittings heat, so as to cause the surface of pipes or pipe fittings melting, and then carrying out the welding after cooling and solidifying.
The electric melting welder of TSD is developed on the basis of introduced Korean technology. The machine is characterized in compact structure design, small size, light weight and easy movement, so as to improve the work efficiency. The machine is equipped with a hot and cold dual-control fan to ensure quick heat dissipation and extend its service life. With the temperature and automatic current control, as well as integrated circuit design, the weld quality and construction efficiency is improved. In addition, the current and voltage dual warning mode is adopted to increase the safety and reliability of construction.
